We hold copies of your patient health record electronically and in paper format. When you register with the practice and your registration documents have been processed, your Electronic Record can reach us within minutes.
Access your medical record online
If the service is allowed by the practice, it is now possible to view your medical record online - using the NHS app. Being able to see your record online might help you to manage your medical conditions. It also means that you can even access it from anywhere in the world should you require medical treatment on holiday.

Keeping your data secure
After you download the app, you will need to set up an NHS login and prove who you are. The app then securely connects to information from your GP surgery.If your device supports fingerprint detection or facial recognition, you can use it to log in to the NHS App each time, instead of using a password and security code.
